Description

Azure is a unique modern dining experience, deep-rooted in the traditional southern Spanish flavors. It is located inside the Hyatt Regency Olaya Riyadh Hotel. A beautiful and elegant food destination with different lounge seating that is great for business or casual dining.

You can enjoy the nice view of the city while eating your dinner. Azure’s menu offers a wide variety of authentic Spanish dishes such as the famous Seafood Paella, Spanish omelet, calamari, beef stew, and many more. A fabulous fine dining Spanish cuisine restaurant. The chef is Spanish, so you can kind of expecting a more authentic taste of Spanish food. The restaurant is inside Hyatt hotel, it has a good ambience and certainly the price is a little bit more expensive too. I tried the trademark paella, some steaks, and appetizer. Food is quite delicious and well presented. Will visit again and try other dishes. It is a wonderful place to sit down with friends and families for a fine dinner.

It was quiet the night we visited. The service was great and the food was amazing. All of the staff went above and beyond to make our night very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Tried the seasonal dinner set menu… Food was in general authentic and delicious, except some of the dishes like paella and gazpacho being slightly too salty (personal opinion). The portion was unexpectedly generous… a set of 230 riyals includes a soup, a salad, four tapas, two entrees, a dessert and a drink… surely fed me well and worthy of the price. Nice decor and good ambiance in the restaurant. Special thanks to the two girls Nisrine and Carol serving tonight… very friendly and informative, absolutely made the dining experience special and pleasant :)
