At my day 1, I gave 5 starts. As I stayed longer, now I want to update my ratings. If you are a vegetarian, never select this hotel, even other holiday Inn. For vegetarians there is no options at all. I got freshly made chapati for initial 2 days, rest of the 15 days, it's worst dinner of my life. They are serving leftover of morning in night and vice versa. For non-veg moat welcome, all type of food is here. I will never book it again. Below you could also see my day 1 rating. Always stay in holiday Inn as they will offer breakfast and dinner both if you book for 15+ nights. Extra 3 pc of clothes you can get washed . Brekfast and dinner having a lot of options.

Rude behaviour of front office staff . I arrived after a long drive of 9 hours with family, and they did not give the room because of nothing. Asking me to wait till 11 AM and I arrived at 10: 40 AM. 20 minutes of waiting is not a big deal, I understand the policy of check-in as a hotelier , but the way they spoke was rude. The lady on duty at reception stood outside reception ( un welcoming ) asking the receptionist at what rate he booked, and I told it with points that she said no, we can not check you in then asked me my membership level is it diamond is said its gold again the lady being over smart saying then we cannot make you chexk in you have to wait 20 minutes. It is clear they have room ready, but they don't want to give the room. I've never seen such a rude staff.

We went for Iftar buffet, The food was not good. Hot items are cold. Not good arrangement and organized, Waiter behaviour are very horrible, After a long wait someone comes to clean up the table. Not recommended their restaurant restaurant and food.

This Hotel is stuck 20 years backward, not women friendly. Very old decoration ( weapons and cigarillos ) Breakfast staff is not friendly, don't say hello and kick guests out of the breakfast room after 10:30 in a very unfriendly way. Food ist not tasty, bad quality. The area is really not enjoyable. Gym is also old and some devices are broken. I don't recommend this hotel.

I went for Iftar today. The only thing that could be eaten is the desserts but the chicken was dry and cold, kofta was very dry. Dawod basha was not done as it must be done. Over all that, if you book with the cobone, they put you in a different place and not in the place were they shared the pictures at first and made we book. I don’t recommend going there for Iftar.
