Took over 45 mins to check in, after waiting they had given a key to a room which was already occupied. Telephones never worked to ring reception or housekeeping. No breakfast option & no laundry. Bathrooms smelled really bad after being cleaned. The hotel is modern and nicely kept rooms to sleep in. AC works perfect along with Wi-Fi. No shower curtains so the floor will be wet for a while after your shower. Short distance from harram however on a hill so walking upwards can be difficult so it’s best to use taxis.

In the last hours of check out we are facing frequent fluctuations in the Electricity as a result lights are turned on and off multiple times. It disturbed me and my family badly. Ultimately I use the flash light of my smart phone to take a bath and pack our luggage. After contacting reception thrice, two persons from electrical maintenance came. The rest of the things are good but it is located after a huge ramp that's why it is impossible to reach Haram (Kaaba) without transport. one must take a taxi or other means of transport to travel between Haram and Hibatullah.

It’s good place to stay, close to Masjid E Haram. There are ups and downs on way to the masjid, but you can avoid it by entering Anjum hotel parking area, you will find the elevators to go down and come up. Use this elevators to avoid the hilly road.

Overall I had good experience .. room space services and cleanliness was fine , it was near from haram though but the steep pathway made waking distance little difficult . If anyone wants to opt waking pathway , one shortcut way is through anjum hotel entry on the way.

Good hotel for people with strong legs. There are no buses to the mosque. Only on foot you can reach the mosque through the ascent of a steep bridge. You need strong legs.
