Came here to stay for 4 days to perform ummah 1st impression on the hotel was superb and clean.. would say that they are trying to be *4stars* room was small But perfect for me as I was here alone 200riya was a bit pricey equivalent to £43+ PER NIGHT .. would recommend as it close to Al haram. 7/8 minutes walk. I was on the 9 floor and the view was amazing would recommend highly. I Great access to all commodities ground floor has stalls selling just about anything from gifts scent toys JUST SOO YOU KNOW NAME HAS CHANGED DUE TO CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP FROM GRAND MAKKAH HOTEL TO **MANARAT GHAZA HOTEL**

The worst hotel i’ve ever tried. Rooms are too small, windows could not be opened. Hair dryer not working! Bad service, too far from haram also around 15 minutes! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone! Despite being the tallest hotel in Gaza area around haram, it’s too bad and nothing was as expected!

It was the worst experience ever. We travel all the world and make online bookings, we booked 2 rooms online and came all the way from Portugal to perform Umrah in holy month of ramadan. What they did is refused to give us 2 rooms but claimed that they have only 1 room booked. I had all the proofs and payment proofs but they cameup with so lame and false excuses.. i had my 7 month daughter with me and my old father too and we suffer so much and ended up paying more because we had no other choice... they trapped us.. if there is anything i could do legally please let me know...
