The rooms were very clean, the pillows and mattress were very comfortable. Very close to Al-Masjid Al-Haram. The breakfast was excellent, lots of variety and great quality. Overall it was a great experience, but what really stood out was the service we received from Razan, Sari, Mohammed Alam and one of the security guards(didn't get his name). They were all extremely friendly, professional, and proactive when we needed them. I felt like they were really taking care of us. I would highly recommend this place to those that want to visit this blessed place!

Great place and decently priced relative to the crazy prices in the Holy city during Ramadan. Hotel is truly 400m away from the Holy Mosque. Special thanks to Mr Shaheen for his more than generous and warm reception. The check-in process was seamless and super-fast. Room was good. Very well equipped (thanks for the USB ports! very helpful). There are two problems in the room. 1) the window isolation is useless. My room was overlooking the bus stop and it was mad noisy all day and night making it impossible to sleep. Please fix the window. Noise is impossible to tolerate and is very irritating. 2) bed size. I realize this is a single bed, but it is barely fitting an adult. If you turn, you drop. It is as simple as that. Otherwise all good. Will definitely visit again but hopefully in a room with proper noise cancelation and maybe a slightly bigger bed. Thank you!

I say the hotel is ok and its location is reasonable We arrived at the time of Eftar . no one was at the reception, and I did not serve Transferring the bags from the taxi and my mother on wheelchair, I had transported the bags myself, the receptionist was eating and then he finished the procedures quickly,m after he gave me the initial impression of lack of professionalism. They refuse late check out so i paid half night and get out at 6 pm as I needed to sleep a little, and my mother needs to rest. After I went to the reception, I paid and things were good. We did rest as a maintenance in the room next door. After they disturbed good I called the reception and told them this is unacceptable. They stopped beating and disturbing us I slept for half an hour, got out, and finally had an experience that was not comfortable at all

*positive things: the location that is very near to Haram and that the entrance is accessible easily. The room is spaceous and nice. The bathroom is also spacious and hot water is excellent. They have a good safe box There is a prayer room connected to haram. The buffet is nice and the supervisor is very nice and polite -Negatives: We stayed 4 days in this hotel and we paid 1400 riyals per night . everyday I was begging them to clean the room and they will promise at the reception to get it done but nothing happens .. they will just make up the bed .. The carpet is very dirty and looks like its not washed for a very long time .. I really hope the administration of the hotel to look at this matter and increase the number of staff and monitor the cleaning and the services.

Elaf Al Mashaer hotel is around 5 min walk to get to the Haram. Hotels offer free wi-fi, flat screen TVs, safes etc. The lounge is beautiful and the service is decent. The room was as expected and more than excellent.Nice view from the room. Parked at a nearby free parking lot. The hygiene level is good and the hotel is Neat and tidy.
