Very kind and polite staff and very clean rooms....my only problem was with the bathrooms but that was quickly attended to and since the hotel staff couldn't fix it they immediately changed my room which I think is real good gesture on their part and I am grateful for that.one more thing worth mentioning is that no matter whichever time you walk into the hotel it always smells so good and the whole vibe is so relaxing!

The hotel very clean and near from haram. The front desk staff Sari and Duty manager Ibrahim are very professional and accommodating. The cleaning is regular and elevators are very quick. The restaurant has good variety for the price. Overall good and i surely recommend people to choose this property.

Family and friends enjoyed their stay here, in 18/10 the only downside is bathroom looking a bit tiring for a 5 star hotel. But apart from that staff where great, location can't go wrong. Beds where comfortable.

Beside the location and a lot of elevator of the hotel, i really wont recommend this hotel to other people. The restaurant is a big flop. The service in the restaurant is so slow and not clean, the menu is not varied, and i assume they serve a heated course (not a fresh meal). Whenever i want to eat, i have to clean the table myself. The room card sensor is problematic. I have to reset it EVERYTIME i want to open my room. The only thing i’m happy about this hotel is that the location is really easy to find, and i dont have to hike (like any other hotel)

Thermostat doesn't work at all. Wifi connection is extremely slow and disconnects after few days and you have to sign in again. The temperature control in the bathrooms are not good at all. It's either extremely hot or cold. Carpets need cleaning. Breakfast is extremely bland. Some foods are very dry such as some pastries and other items. It is not worth the 50 Riyal to get breakfast here.

Elaf Al Mashaer hotel is around 5 min walk to get to the Haram. Hotels offer free wi-fi, flat screen TVs, safes etc. The lounge is beautiful and the service is decent. The room was as expected and more than excellent.Nice view from the room. Parked at a nearby free parking lot. The hygiene level is good and the hotel is Neat and tidy.
