Overall feedback - Book this hotel only if you want to stay near Haram. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to haram. Cleanliness - Average Room Spacious - Not at all good for a family with kids. Very small rooms. We couldn’t even keep our bags properly. This is zero from me Staff - Friendly

Fantastic hotel with amazing service! The manager could not be more helpful if he tried! Generous and gracious to a fault. The cleaning of this hotel is impeccable the staff are amazing nothing is too much trouble, very close to masjid nabawi 3 mins walk max. Beds are very comfortable. The shower is amazing! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else

This hotel is close with Haram. Only walking for around 5 mins to gate 338 or 336. The price is reasonable definitely compare with other hotels around from my booking time. If you are looking for a hotel for ibadah in Madinah, then this hotel is definitely ok for that purpose. There are many shops and restaurant around. many food stalls on the left side of the hotel with food from many different countries. Our check in time pretty much faster as we come late in the morning and rooms are ready. The receptionist replace our room card immediately when we reported there is problem on it. Some improvements required: - there were annoying smoke alarm which sometimes rang in the middle of the night which disturbing. This almost in daily basis due to hotel guest smoking in their room. - Wify could be better. my kids was trying the wify and it did not work. however, it was big deal for me since I have my mobile internet package. - some smells come out from the toilet. - we need to request for towel which need 1 day to get it.

Allah!!! What rude staff. This is not what the Nabi SAWS taught us and this is only my first day. They have no Akhlaaq. I still have 4 days to go, so will be in Harem anyway. Definitely will NOT recommend this hotel. If any agent mentions this hotel, run away and go somewhere else. Reception sucks, no shower door in bathroom

I can’t describe it well it has many goods and bads the location is optimum not far and easily walkable to the holy mosque. Near the tour bus stop. And surrounded by all what you need for a short stay in medinah except for good restaurants. The rooms although very cramped especially the 3 bed room there was literally a tiny space to maneuver between beds. The bed quality is above standard and very clean and new. All AC were new and very good. The toilet was small but clean and has everything you need. The TV is smart one with very slow internet connection and no regular satellite channels for kids. The parking although its free but very very small and always full with the majority of employees cars. The time you wait for check in is too long and no early check in. The reception is not fancy but clean and always crowded. The elevators are not enough when fully booked. The main problem for me is the nearby constructions that closed all the ways to it except for one way and maps has no clue where to redirect you so you should always ask. Overall it was a little bit disappointing but good for price.
