If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would.
The hotel might be pretty to the eye, but the operations are garbage. I’ve visited the hotel to dine in to their lunch buffet and had a terrible experience.
First off, there is no proper food/quality control. The entire lunch area swarms with flies and mosquitoes. The best thing I could do was eat out of whatever was covered however, the food was mediocre and the pots used to contain the food are of cheap quality. Best you can have is warm-cold food. However, I barely could eat anything because I didn’t want to get sick.👌🏻
There were staff members walking around the area but they aren’t monitoring anything, they’re just walking around without even trying to solve the problem of the pest issue. They just watched the flies swarm over the fruit and salad bar.
Again, the food is mediocre. The only thing redeemable about their service is their water which didn’t disappoint. If you want to experience fine dining, don’t come here. A home cooked meal is far more pristine than whatever this hotel has to offer.
And another thing, the buffet area was empty when we arrived. Should’ve taken it as another sign to never enter this place. Will never come again. 👌🏻
