Centro Corniche Al khobar

I am having a room for 21 days ( 717 ) and my name is Hazem Omar. The hotel is having a lovely location. The reception crew is friendly and lovely. I have some comments : The Restaurant host Miss Israa is a very pleasant person with a lovely welcoming smile. I have seen her earlier at Lumi and she has joined Rotana . She is an asset for sure. She knows her stuff and I was so delighted to see her here bringing lots of professionalism and spirit to the place. She is checking with people on each and every table whether everything is ok with a lovely smile. Super polite and an amazing character The corridors on the floors are hot and I am not sure why. Breakfast is amazing however, the croissant some days is found cold at even 6 am in the morning. It is written that it is baked daily so it should be crispy and warm. Some days it is and others not. The orange juice is very light so I believe that the water portion is so big.

Stayed in Centro Corniche, Khobar for 4 nights in April 2024. Positives: The location is great, located on the Corniche road, surrounded by many upscale cafes and restaurants, and within 10-15 minutes of walking distance from Khobar Corniche. The staff in the hotel were sincere, courteous, and tried their best to ensure service. However, the hotel seemed to have very few staff in every service area (restaurant, housekeeping, etc.) and therefore only the few staff seemed very busy and struggled to ensure service despite their best effort. Negatives: 1. Room access: Only 1 card was given per room for family to share 1 key. We asked for extra keys and was told that the hotel is short of key cards and we should come back next day. 2. Breakfast: Breakfast was very crowded, we were asked to wait and they could give table 15 minutes before end time for breakfast. Just on end time of breakfast, they switched off lights which was very disrespectful . We had to ask to turn on lights. The service also wasn’t good as they gave only fork and no spoon and we had to ask for spoon, no cups near coffee machine and we had to ask for cups. The staff seemed trying their best, but it seemed only few staff the hotel had that wasn’t enough for the number of guests. 3. Housekeeping: we called the housekeeping number from room phone many times in 3 consecutive days and no-one picked up. We therefore had to call the front desk every time for housekeeping. On one day, they took away used towels but forgot to give fresh ones! We had to ask for towels on 2 days. 4. Rooftop cafe: We went to the cafe with our friends and the service was a nightmare. They served some of the items from the order and forgot drinks our friend ordered separately. After waiting for 40 minutes, we reminded to serve the drink and they went to get it and never returned. While leaving, my friend went to the payment counter to pay and asked why they never served the drink and the reply from the Manager was they lost the order!

I’ve been using Centro for hotel bookings and workshop meetings for some time and I can say that the services provided is superb. Today, me and my friends took breakfast, although almost of the meals is the same with other hotels, there are specific meals that are really great of tasting and delicious.

We liked the dinner buffet,the food was great, the ambiance was really great especially the view deck and the service was excellent. The one who service us was Rajesh and I give him 5 star rating, he was excellent and very kind and helpful. Also the Filipino manager and the coffee guy at the view deck yesterday were all friendly. Definitely we will come back. Thank you Centro Corniche Al Khobar.

I have spent several days in the hotel awaiting for boarding the vessel. The localisation, personnel, meals- everything was at very high standard. I have felt very well taken care of, thank you very much. The hotel is at the walking distance not only from the shopping centrs but especially from the beautiful seaside park and boulevard. All in all very nice time spent.
