One to One Hotel

I am currently staying at this hotel for two nights with my family. We have booked the executive suite and so far it has been a DISAPPOINTMENT. The bathroom accessories including tub was broken and when we took a shower next day the tub water was leaking all over the floor. I informed the reception they sent someone with silicon hun now I am not allowed to use this toilet for two hours. Then they left my toilet dirty with footprints all Over finally had to beg for the room service to please clean it. The breakfast had stale items including rock hard donuts, stale croissants and the butter was finished aswell. For the swimming pool they said it’s closed because they have painted the area. My children were excited and were told come back after 6 hours we go back after 6 hours and the pool is still not open to us. The lady at the reception doesn’t care and our stay is extremely unpleasant. We paid 1300SAR for two nights and this is what we get. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Very nice location, close to corniche and a lot of restaurants near by at walkin distance. Staff is very good and helpful. Liked everything about the hotel.

Excellent service.. Wonderful rooms.. The staff is very cooperative and helpful. Since all the rooms were booked on my arrival.. I was given a complementary room (a full apartment) that the children really liked.. .. Thank gran Marbia for your hospitality...

Good place to book if you have a buisness trip but i cannot find it as a place you can book for tourism.
