Their staff is really professional and trained. They answered all my questions with a smile. There is a roof top pool, massage center, gym and sauna bath. Also there is a cafe and restaurant in the ground floor. I had dinner at the restaurant, it was open buffet for SR. 79 (for guests). Underground parking, free WiFi and room service are also available. Location is also really good.

Wonderful hotel and great experience. I was given free upgrade to sea view suite and that really was the best room in the hotel with an incredible view. Other than that, there is some potential for improvement in-room dining service. but the overall experience was really good.

Super cool hotel! We had our lunch buffet here and ‘twas awesome. The food is great. I was hoping for a seafood meal, though. I love the ambience. I love Crizel and the other Filipino guy. Renjith is good as well, very accommodating. Must try!

Very nice location, close to the corniche. Rooms and quality of service are really very good. Particularly, House keeping staff and cafeteria staff are very friendly and helpful. When I expressed my concerns about being a Indian vegetarian, they were very helpful doing their best in arranging for dishes that I would eat.

Th stuff at the breakfast lounge are rude. They must learn how to be polite and do not disturb people while eating/ taking thier food. He keeps asking me did you pay? Did you pay? After telling him I paid for the 3rd time. He keeps asking me!! Please if you are 4 stars hotel keep improving guys, I like the hotel and I would love to see some respect and good communication skills from stuff at breakfast lounge. Thank you.
