The hotel is more than amazing and just a 5 minute walk to Haraam. The staff are amazing and so helpful. All are humble and have very fast response to your requirements. Mr. Salem Al Ansari is a real hero who can help you with anything and I really wanted to thank him through this review.

Great 5star hotel had a very pleasant stay. Rooms are cleaned daily beds are comfortable and cosy. Free complimentary tea water etc. Free complimentary toiletries bathrobe slippers etc. Air conditioning is always freezing so no complaints there. Building is big and can get a bit confusing as so many elevators. But overall experience is very good.

Truly value for money. All aspects of the hotel is above average indeed. However, 1 setback. It’s quite a distant to walk to Kaabah. It’s uphill and downhill too. Overall, nice hotel minus the walk. Great location in terms of being close to many external eateries/shops close by in walking distance. Good size room with beautiful view of Harram. Buffet breakfast was sufficient and amazing. We loved the out door seating too. Overall its amazing experience, and kids loved the place.

I was hesitant about the hotel after reading various reviews on Makkah hotels but I can honestly say we had no problems here. The service was excellent. Whenever I called with an issue it was resolved very promptly. All the staff are very friendly. The location is not bad, still a fair walk to the haram but not too bad for adults alone but as I had kids with me found it a little harder. Definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone

We stayed the last 10 days of Ramadan. It’s not a good location if you plan on going to the actual haram facing Kaaba. If you don’t mind then it’s ok, you will always end up praying in the new extension. It’s crowded the elevators are a nightmare 24/7 men don’t care and get inside the elevator even though they see that they’re about to get too close to women. I understand them it’s nearly impossible to catch an elevator. The food is very average, not so good. It’s always crowded to get a space to eat it gets dirty so fast. People literally fight and push you to serve themselves from the buffet it’s disgusting. That’s not the behavior you expect from people coming to a holy place. Their public toilets are dirty. Their rooms are so small. We ordered a room for 3 they gave us a room for one then separated the bed and brought a third extra bed. Way too crowded for 3. The bathroom was fine. The shower was large enough. I would not come back.
