I've come to this hotel twice nice now, absolutely love it. Service is excellent. Ideally for those who don't mind a little walk, there are lifts and escalators on the way to the haram, opposite side to clock tower. The room service menu is good and reasonable, the restaurant on the ground floor is also very nice. Not too far from shopping in Jabal Omar. There's a barbers in the building too. Rooms are nice

Lovely hotel and staff. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Room was clean with the essentials. Air conditioning was great friendly staff and very suitable location close to haram.

Rooms are comfortable and luxurious, free breakfast is tasty with a wide range of options, bathrooms are clean, room service is helpful, staff are friendly and the hotel is close to Masjid Al Haram. Strongly recommend and would definitely come back again with no hesitation.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Short walk to Al Masjid Haraam (around 4-5 mins), service was top tier with efficient staff especially Mohammed Sayful who cleaned rooms 2017 and 2018 to a very good standard . Everything was kept clean and proper, food was good, would’ve been better if they could cater for vegetarians as it was difficult for many vegetarian dishes to be found during meal times. In the future it would be great if they could install a microwave and provide slippers as well as more blankets and tougher pillows since it was way too soft. Hand soap dispenser would have been more convenient and AC installed near the escalator area downstairs. And if they could extend breakfast hours until 11:30am that would have been great too. Everything overall was exceptional and well kept. Would definitely come again and worth your money to stay.

It is a good family hotel and welcoming. Rooms were lovely and neat and what was different was they include a mini coffee machine with new capsules very day which was very unique. The hotel is not far from the Haram but not as close to the main entrance. It was a good experience and a lovely stay
