I stayed with a Umrah group in January and the location and rooms were perfect but unfortunately the security staff on duty during my stay were very rude and upon checking my bag when I was leaving the security officer damaged my bag by dropping it on the floor and refused to take responsibility. I explained to him that the bag was damaged instead of accepting responsibility he started to be very disrespectful to me and my fellow travellers. When I informed the reception staff they also did not pay any attention to my complaint and refused to listen to me My entire stay with the hotel was ruined with this incident and I unfortunately can not recommend this hotel to other travellers for future stays. I would advise the management to have professional staff who are trained appropriately in customer service skills as the current staff severly lack these qualities and give this Hotel a very bad image for customers and public.

We stayed the last 10 days of Ramadan. It’s not a good location if you plan on going to the actual haram facing Kaaba. If you don’t mind then it’s ok, you will always end up praying in the new extension. It’s crowded the elevators are a nightmare 24/7 men don’t care and get inside the elevator even though they see that they’re about to get too close to women. I understand them it’s nearly impossible to catch an elevator. The food is very average, not so good. It’s always crowded to get a space to eat it gets dirty so fast. People literally fight and push you to serve themselves from the buffet it’s disgusting. That’s not the behavior you expect from people coming to a holy place. Their public toilets are dirty. Their rooms are so small. We ordered a room for 3 they gave us a room for one then separated the bed and brought a third extra bed. Way too crowded for 3. The bathroom was fine. The shower was large enough. I would not come back.

I am writing this review while I am at the hotel right now location is near the haram but you will walk a little bit to reach it as the doors are nearly 1 km away walking may be more but it may be the worst food I have had in any hotel I stayed in before. It is not about the variety it is about the quality of food even the bread you feel it is backed since a couple of days and the croissants is made of the same bread material Room service the worst thing in this hotel you must ask and call them a lot of times in order to have your request done even I asked the guy to pick the trash and left it for him outdoor and he was there doing another room but he left without picking it and you keep asking for new towels or any other default amenities you need The safe box is not working and they changed it 2 times till now and it is still not working Other Hotel facilities are good and the reception guys are helpful but they are the only ones here It is my 1st time in this hotel and it will be my last one for sure

Sorry, I am reversing my review from 4star to 1star. The stay was good, but after 2 days of I checked out they automatically deduct money from my bank account. And I have no idea why. So they took the reservation amount twice without my permission. and still I am unable to take my money back.

Must consider review before booking This is the worst 5 star hotel I have been too. Too small unclean rooms. The receptionists don't know how to talk to guests. If you have confirmed your stay earlier they will treat you like goons. The worst side of the hotel is the location. You have to literally ride a 20 meter high road on the way back to hotel from haram. And trust me you would rather prefer walking 300 meters in the sun than this 100 meter steep road. Completely rubbish experience overall. I had my old parents with me. It was painful experience for them considering their health. Money down the drain.
