I booked this hotel for 3 days through agoda, hotel room 203 was not as seen in pictures, totally opposite - Stinking rooms carpet, ac is in dying state, v.poor lightings and bathroom fecility is with old fittings, suggested all not to fall prey with pictures- hotel is old structured and in dire need for maintenance - unfortunately i was compelled to check out hotel without stay not more than 5 minutes and the reception guy was v. happy on hotel's nonrefundable policy,

Poor staff attitude. When I asked the receptionist for another room because I didn’t like the one he showed me at first, he disrespectfully asked for the keys and started doing his own work. This is very embarrassing, especially when you're with family. The room was poorly set. The beds were placed in a disgusting way. Carpet and furniture was filthy. There was a burnt spot on the carpet. Water was coming out of the shower door. Mirror was dirty. The room wasn’t safe for kids. I was bound to make payment because I booked it. So I left my luggage there and went to another hotel for one night. Next morning, I just came for the checkout. Worst experience ever. The only good thing about the hotel that it was 10 minute walk away from Haram.

The hotel is almost 1.5 km away from the Masjid Haram. We had to walk for 20 minutes to the hotel it's near to a tunnel I think King farad tunnel. The hotel rooms are not so wide very small. Furniture broken, unhygienic rooms only positive thing is its cheap as per the area hotels and free water bottles at the reception.

Please safe your money and don’t go to this hotel. had to walk away from my money and moved out to another hotel. It’s disgusting place. There was bird feathers on the carpet and on the bed. Smelly, very dirty bathroom I can’t list everything here but everything was smelly dirty and disgusting and they didn’t even care after I spoke with them. I was there for 20 minutes and refused to refund my money. I can write a book about my experience of this place so please safe your money and time.
