Clean but very congested. Foriegn staff is good. However, the owner is always sitting at the counter shouting at the staff. Location far from Haram

Ok. So. This place has distance and slope equally divided, thats why it looks close to Haram otherwise in cleanliness it is not acceptable at all. Smell of moisture, smally restrooms. More like a 1960 government building. I will suggest to check any other hotel before this. The only good thing about this is that the location is the immediate corner of the street so once you turned in, you will see youself inside hotel. There are two resturants under the building. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in my entire life. The rooms are dirty, not maintained and extremely small. The air conditioning makes the room shake. The bathroom is a horror, worthy of Guantanamo. A sewage smell throughout the hotel as if you were living in the sewers. The hotel is dilapidated like the people who work there. You have to ask 10 times to get what you want. In 10 days there, we asked for cleaning several times, if you don't give them money they don't do it. The boss sits at the reception on his "throne" as if he was the owner of a Sofitel or a Hyatt. In spite of all the money they receive, they have not had the idea of doing some work to make their hotel a minimum of liveable. You host pilgrims who come to pray, you have no shame and no fear of Allah.

It's a budget friendly hotel, however the quality of the rooms were quite good, been there twice. Walkable distance to Haram(5-6 min walk), I must mention about the owner al- don't remember his name but the owner was very friendly with the kids. Rarely you can experience that. If I get a chance again I will visit the same place. Parking is not available at the hotel, park your cars at kudai parking in case you are driving to Makkah! Taxis are easily available from kudai parking.
