We stayed for 8-nights in Nice Room with four bed although we were three people. Washroom was nice, clean and very good friendly Reception staff (Br. Muneer from Bangladesh and Arabic speaking uncle). Br. Muneer helped me even to load my luggage in taxi car on wayback to home. This hotel building has a resturant at ground floor with good fresh food (Daal+ fresh Roti). Jazak Allah

While checking in at 2am they denied my 5 nights paid booking citing hotel full. At 2 am they were expecting me to drag my bags in unknown city and move out of hotel. Worst night. They should be ashamed of accepting booking if not going respect it. Beware to everyone who is trying to book hotel and trusting them

It’s about a mile (1.5 km) away from the haram vicinity. Not suitable for families or older visitors. This is not a typical hotel of Makkah, lower your expectations. This is more for single men who just want to have a place to lay down and have a quick shut eye. Don’t expect a fancy lobby or too many amenities. Below basic standards, like I said it’s just a basic place with 4 single beds, probably not updated since it was build decades ago. You get what you pay for. I stayed in clock tower last year so the area has whatever you desire to spend. Hope this helps travelers.

Pathetic room and service, non-cooperative staff. We have online booking but they didn't let us in and took cash from us in the middle of night, later we had to cancel our online booking anf checked-out from there in a single night. Do not go to this hotel and save your time and money. Very far from haram as well and no shuttle service as well. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

I went to check in with pre booking, but my experience was very bad with hotel management, they make manul form check in and give the key, but unfortunately they cut off power to my room at midnight 1:30 and shouting from out side and knocked the door vary loudly.. i was fall asleep and wake up shocked open rt the door they ask how you get inside and come to reception, i ask them what is the problems? Hotel manger question me like a thief.... Very bad experience.... Not recommended any person this Hotel. No proper system for check in
