A very large hotel located in a great location In the Shisha neighborhood and opposite Bin Dawood And the site is very close to the Haram and is located next to the Jamarat parking lot

A primitive hotel. Moose cramped room, bad customer service. Hygiene is non-existent, the cleaners of the hotel visit a few times a week to change sheets, but they do not have any cleaning tools other than a vacuum cleaner. Wash your toilet constantly and for nothing. In addition, the hotel has floor mats that have been around for a long time. The curtains are so dirty that they probably haven't been replaced for ten years. I don't know where the famous three stars have come. Staff do not speak English.
