An exceptional hotel at all levels... when we arrived we did not like the room because my brother is allergic to the carpet, they made a good price to upgrade us ... Sarah at the reception and the manager Wael were very helpful and comprehensive. I recommend this hotel 100% during the stay, Abdelrahim was always very caring .. excellent housekeeper I am not disappointed and I will come back

My stay at the rayahnaa hotel was very lovely. The service was on point and the receptionist Sara was very helpful and showed us great hospitality. Sara was always there if we needed anything or just to ask questions or help. She is very sweet. I recommend this hotel and working with Sara. Will be back soon!!

Good location. Good hotel. Housekeeping was very helpful. Called them back initially as the room wasn’t completely clean. They responded immediately and ensured everything was done perfectly the rest of the trip. Yousef was very conscientious to ensure we were comfortable. And mamool did excellent house keeping. Thank you

Overall a very good experience. Haram is about 5 minutes from the exit elevator. Employees are very welcoming, helpful and and accommodating. Room service is quick and very good. If you are planning to go with kids, this is an ideal place to stay. Breakfast is also very good.

I stayed at this hotel for my recent umrah trip with the family. The location of the hotel within the clock tower was very convenient and it took us very little time to get in an out for conducting the rituals. The rooms were comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The food was great and sometimes the master chef Hakim came and personally inquired about any special needs. The hotel staff were cordial and efficient. Overall we had a very good experience
