I have to say that this is by far the best hotel in clock tower. Especially if you have kids! The rooms are amazing and the staff is so friendly and understanding. We came from a long travel and they immediately got us checked in and into a room like 5 hours before our check in time. At the front desk Ahmed Alghamdi and Yousef were so helpful and understood that we were with family. Amazing staff and I’m definitely coming back here

Highly satisfied with the services, all requests were taken care of. I would like to make special mention of Chef Abrar.. he is extremely polite and humble and made us feel as we are eating at home.. Other guy whom I really loved is Mr Ahmad at reception he too took really good care of my requests.

The location is good and really have a great views. When we dinner. We got such a amazing views. This is really great for people who wanna visit here. You can eat with a great views and the price in here is not too high. You can really got some rest and take a amazing views.

Excellent hotel with great service. The room was specious and clean. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices with wide buffet. Staff was very cooperative. Special Thanks to person with good personality & great attitude to work Mr. Abraar from Breakfast services. Thanks to Team Al Marwa Rayhaan for great service.

Breakfast is good with a high variety of different foods to choose from. The rooms were nice with a nice view. The location was very close to the haram and other shops were easily accessible.
