Description

Zamakan, as its sign says, is a great work hub cafe. The cafe is designed to suit those who would like to work quietly as if they were in a library. Since it’s a work hub cafe, children are not allowed in so that people can focus on their work.

It consists of two floors with comfortable seating that is great for individual or group work. Each table has power outlets so you can charge your phone or laptop. The cafe also has meeting rooms you can rent for your business or university group projects.

They serve a great selection of specialty coffee, relaxing organic herbal teas, and some cakes and desserts. This amazing cafe is located in Al Aqiq, Riyadh.

The place is nice I loved the atmosphere and the design. I understand the coffee being overpriced due to its location and the seating but it should at least taste good.

bad customer service and bad quality beverage

I ordered pistachio latte cold drink. its too sweet and no flavor for the pistachio. I shared this feedback to the staff. he did not offer anything to change the beverage or any action to provide a good customer service. he just said I will inform the owner. bad customer service.

Wish they had more sweets/pastries options. Besides that, this place is great for working. They even have a little private space to work in quiet and peace. Their peanutbutter latte is definitely a must-try.

The worst costumer service and the worst coffee you could ever try, don’t try any kind on their menu it’s all very bad, not forgetting bad management and bad environment, flights everywhere and they have the worst attitude. I highly recommend not visiting this place.
