Worst experience ever I booked this hotel for an occasion and upon check in agreed upon time, the room isn’t ready or clean And they require 2 to 3 hours more Extremely disappointing

Such an amazing view to have iftar in this lovely spot. Everything was perfect and staff were excellent and helpful.. For Food, have a variety of options Pasta, Rice, meat and Salad with Ramadan sweets.. The only thing that im not satisfied with is the pray room. I hope next year will consider the issue and provide a appropriate place for prayer.

Very strange, when you are booked for BB and Ramadan comes and the hotel does not give you Sohour instead of the breakfast that you are paying for.

The least safe and terrible hotel of the world.The first day I checked in. The check-in staff gives me the wrong room card 503 for someone else's room. it surprised me when I use the card opened the door,its already occupied by others.And one of the elevators doesn't have cards access and any stranger can go to any floor. Can't imagine such checkin and security how to keep customer safety. And room is too small. The network is down The water from the tap is rusty. Poorly soundproofed is like sleeping on the road. Such an unsafe and poor hotel!!! please don't be cheated again
