All I can say is the receptionist is very rude! we ended up cancelling our booking for the poor customers service. Not recommended at all.

Clean, reasonably priced & cozy room in a good location. For some reason, the room curtains are designed not to close completely! If you can only sleep in total darkness, this is not the place to stay in.

I've stayed there twice on different occasions. They have great reception and serve good food at the canteen area. However, room service is close to non-existent. They don't clean guest rooms during the day even if you request they do so.

Unfortunately the building from outdoor is attractive but from indoor the floor, the decoration and the furniture is not satisfaction. The location and this high tower Hotel required new management and renovation. Firstly, the bathrooms are flooded with water when I took shower when I complained to the duty manger he said this is a technical issue with the design of the building and we can’t do anything about it. Secondly, the mattress is single and not comfortable. Thirdly, the pillows are very soft and low also the towels were old. However, I have already informed the duty manger about those comments and I informed him that I will write those comments and publish it so everyone has to know before go and make any reservations. Finally, the price was expensive compared with the service provided. I don’t recommend this hotel until the top management have to do complete renovations.

The worst hotel ever!!!!! Not clean at all, very smelly and bed not clean and not comfy!!! And when I left the room and told them I couldn't sleep it's smellyyy and and i feel there's insects 🐜 they did nothing!!!! When I returned back I saw the room not even made or cleaned !!!!
