The Wildfire Brazilian Steakhouse, located within the Crowne Plaza RDC Hotel on , is far from being simply a restaurant. It is in every sense of the word an experience, an experience that offers its guests the very finest taste of churrasco style cuisine that Riyadh has to offer.
Wildfire’s decor really sets it apart from other restaurants, the black and beige walls along with the elegant black lampshades on the ceiling match perfectly with the polished dark wooden floor, creating a feeling of real sophistication and class. The tables are evenly spread across the restaurant and towards the end, a glass corner window gives a view of the kitchen where the chefs grill the delicious meat. Wildfire also offers outdoor seating with an incredible view of a courtyard and other impressive sections of the Hotel.
Instead of having the typical menu that lists different items for sale, Wildfire offers a single all you can eat experience consisting of over 14 different types of meat cuts, poultry, fresh salads and seafood all for one price. At the start of the experience the guests are given plates to select the salads of their choice from the salad bar. The bar contains a variety of different salads, cheeses, sauces and spices. Throughout the experience, Wildfire will present it’s signature touch; a Rodizio style of serving, where a set of Brazilian meat carvers will appear at your table and slice sizzling cuts of meat onto your plate directly from the skewers from which they were barbecued. These meat carvers will continue to coordinately appear at tables until guests flip the small card given to you at the beginning from ‘green’ to ‘red’.
Desserts and beverages are also sold, but are not inclusive of the experience, however you will be served slices of pineapple coated with cinnamon and sugar; a unique recipe said to counter the tastes of your meal and to freshen your breath.
