クラウンプラザRDCホテル内にあるワイルドファイアブラジリアンステーキハウスは、単なるレストランではありません。それはあらゆる意味で体験であり、リヤドが提供しなければならないシュラスコスタイルの料理の最高の味をゲストに提供する体験です。
Wildfireの装飾は他のレストランとは一線を画し、黒とベージュの壁と天井のエレガントな黒のランプシェードが磨き上げられたダークウッドの床と完璧に調和し、本物の洗練さと高級感を生み出しています。テーブルはレストラン全体に均等に配置され、最後に向かって、ガラスのコーナーウィンドウからシェフがおいしい肉を焼くキッチンの景色を眺めることができます。
Wildfireは、中庭やホテルの他の印象的なセクションの素晴らしい景色を望む屋外席も提供しています。
Wildfireは、販売するさまざまなアイテムを一覧表示する通常のメニューの代わりに、14種類以上の肉の切り身、鶏肉、新鮮なサラダ、シーフードをすべて1つの価格で提供する単一の食べ放題体験を提供します。体験の開始時に、ゲストはサラダバーからお好みのサラダを選択するためのプレートを与えられます。バーには、さまざまなサラダ、チーズ、ソース、スパイスが含まれています。体験を通して、Wildfireはその特徴的なタッチを提示します。ブラジルの肉の彫刻家のセットがテーブルに現れ、バーベキューをした串から直接プレートに焼けるように暑い肉の切り身をスライスする、ロディツィオスタイルのサービング。これらの肉の彫刻家は、ゲストが最初に与えられた小さなカードを「緑」から「赤」に変えるまで、テーブルに協調して現れ続けます。

Excellent place for meat eaters. Love their service and food. Especially the baked pineapple at the end was the cherry on top. Loved it

Great restaurant over. Our server Naajam was amazing and definitely made the night even more enjoyable. Sit outside if the weather allows. The view of the nearby office building was very cool. Also the deserts were fantastic. Probably the best grilled pineapple I've had at a Brazilian Steakhouse. The mini desert cups were awesome too! Especially the creme brulee

Thoroughly enjoyed our iftar here. We were taken care of by Rolex, Sugumar, Kenny, Jonas, Wilson, Sathia and all the other staff that we didn’t catch the names.
Even the chef came out to say hello.
The ambience was very friendly and relaxed and they all made sure that we always had something on our plate to eat and drink. Aside from the outstanding and friendly service, we enjoyed the food. Jonas asked us how we want the meat done and we told him that we want it to be medium rare. From then on they will ensure that we always get the medium rare cuts of the meat. Kenny especially came to us to offer the almost rare enter of the rib eye cut which was juicy and soft. Jonas kept on topping up on our rib eye which was soft and mouth watering.
I love the salad selection which was crunchy, fresh and has different flavors which is a good refreshing contrast to all the meat we were consuming.
Will definitely come back.

What an excellent steakhouse managed by an awesome guy with wonderful staff. Great variety on types of meats and cut, offered us laban and vimto juice to go with our meal. Good salad bar choices as well. My wife and I enjoyed the experience and we will definitely be back!
