My family and I were very surprised with the extremely bad service we received.
I could not tell if I am staying at a 5 stars hotel or 2 stars motel !
I requested an early check-in (at 11am) one week ago, and someone called me from the hotel at the day of check-in to confirm that the rooms will be ready at 2 pm, however, I did not check-in till 4:17pm because it were not ready yet.
I requested for 3 rooms, out of which 1 king bed room and 2 twin beds rooms, however, I got 2 king beds rooms and 1 twin beds room.
I had to request for everything during my stay such as: toothbrush and slipper.
I had to call the hotline (0) for more than 5 times each time I need something to get someone to answer.
The housekeeping entered my room after 10 minutes of checking in, without knocking or ringing the bell.
The receptionists (at multiple instances), after highlighting the issues I am facing with the rooms they said they will check and call back. However, I never got an answer till now.
I requested for someone to get my luggage, and that took them more than 30 minutes to come and get it. Which made me miss my appointment. Though I called twice to confirm that I am in a hurry.
Definitely, this will be my last stay at this hotel.
