I had high expectations considering it’s a fine dining\premium class restaurant. Unfortunately, my experience was bad. 1- I had to wait at the entrance which was crowded with people waiting to have their table ready, knowing we had booked in advance! 2- The staff are respectful but not friendly, and they kept asking us to wait until we were served by other staff... 3- Ordering and paying took too long. 4- The place is cramped, and the music is loud. The food was the only good thing. All dishes were delicious. FYI, my booking was on a Tuesday and I think things are getting worse for the weekend bookings. I don’t recommend them.

I came today to order “to go” the guy at the door doesn’t seem to understand what does “to go” mean so he asked if I have reservation… Anyway, I ordered and paid, only to know that there’s no waiting area for me till I get my order which is absurd! When I asked for a chair at least, I was informed that that isn’t something they offer either! A restaurant this big, with such a reputation has to be managed by more professional people, with rules that make sense. Ordering “ to go” isn’t a punishment for me to stay standing waiting for the order till it’s done. I’m equal to all other clients who were sitting and eating, the only difference is I went to order “to go” and not to stay, so why the discrimination! Never ever going back again, and won’t recommend it to anyone either.

I visited the restaurant couple of times before. The service has degrade it. My table was outside. Waited 15- 20 minutes and no one came to our table not event to give the menu. Other people who were next to my table left due to this. I ordered the Angus Beef Tagliata, medium cooked. Received it well-done, talked with them and asked for a replacement, again received a well-done, so I canceled it. No complementary was offered to make up for the waisted time. Even the manager, which I though would do something to ensure I would leave happy, did nothing, except to say we are sorry! And to be honest, the appetizers were good and delicious as well as the short ribs. Worst experience I had in awhile, with no respect or regard to the time of the guests or satisfaction. You pay premium for the full package, experience, atmosphere, food quality, and treatment, which honestly we didn't witness at San Carlo! This was supposed to be a romantic evening which they successfully managed to ruin. Highly not recommended.

I used to come a lot with friends and family having good time with delicious meals and nice service, today i was disappointed with the attitude of the booking service. I want to reserve an out door table, they refused which was a little bit understandable, when i arrived they notified me that I didn’t ask for outdoor table! On top of that people freely sit outside in front of us and we had to keep calling many times for order and table transfer !
