I visited the restaurant couple of times before.
The service has degrade it.
My table was outside. Waited 15- 20 minutes and no one came to our table not event to give the menu. Other people who were next to my table left due to this.
I ordered the Angus Beef Tagliata, medium cooked. Received it well-done, talked with them and asked for a replacement, again received a well-done, so I canceled it. No complementary was offered to make up for the waisted time. Even the manager, which I though would do something to ensure I would leave happy, did nothing, except to say we are sorry!
And to be honest, the appetizers were good and delicious as well as the short ribs.
Worst experience I had in awhile, with no respect or regard to the time of the guests or satisfaction.
You pay premium for the full package, experience, atmosphere, food quality, and treatment, which honestly we didn't witness at San Carlo! This was supposed to be a romantic evening which they successfully managed to ruin.
Highly not recommended.
