The hotel was well decorated at the reception, and special thanks goes to Taif who was at a great help. However, the hotel is 15 minutes away by bus from Al Harm. The bus condistion is very bad, not cleaned and the driver doesn't have a good attitude, and gets late sometimes for pick ups. The rooms were very small and the toilets not maintained well. At night the kids were running at the corridor even though I called the reception many times to complain. For the housekeeping I had to call for it.
