Probably the best donut shop in Khobar! OnOff is located on the first floor of a trendy outdoor mall. The cafe has indoor seating and a few tables outdoors. The ambiance of the place is uplifting and its seems to be a place where people (mainly families) are having genuine and friendly gatherings. The donuts are moist, packed with flavor and visually appealing. The choices are plenty but be aware they sell out quick! Personal favorite: small white chocolate rose doughnut balls. Love the names given to the flavors as they reflect a brand proud of its Saudi identity, history and culture. But perhaps the most positive aspect is the team ; absolutely phenomenal friendly service. Super impressed by Sam’s ability to immediately connect with his customers especially children! He was able to guarantee loyal customers simply by being friendly and addressing them with genuine interest. Thank you Sam! Well done to the team that developed this concept and to the team that work hard daily to make sure they deliver an experience worth coming back to over and over.

Do Donuts? Nah, more like Don’t Donuts. Yeah sure the place looks nice but that’s not why you’d go there. Apparently they make “American style” donuts, yeah that’s the first red flag from their ads. I ordered the Plain Glazed donut and the Hot Mexican Chocolate donut, both were disappointing, they lacked flavor. How can a donut be this boring? I was basically eating dough. The prices are extremely exaggerated, and the quality of the donuts might be in the same league as House of Donuts. Skip it.

Nice and creative donut variety, including a vegan option. The place looks very minimalistic and peaceful. Would recommend this place in the future to anyone who loves donuts.
