Description

The Backyard Cafe is located on Khobar Pavilion, a very nice, neutral-themed café to have your morning breakfast, brunch, or grab a quick meal. The menu is very limited for breakfast, but the staff is very cooperative. The cafe also has both indoor and outdoor seating available.

The experience was really disapointing. Firtsly it was wired to know that there were no frenh fries available. Then we ordered hot chocolate and after 6 mins they said that they are out of it and we have to change our order. Portion of the food is very small compared to price. It took them more than 15 mins to bring a zaatar bread, hallomi fries, chocolate cake and a pink smoothie. Upon such service won't recommend it.

I came with a lot of expectations as my friend had recommended it and the it didn't disappoint and I'm looking forward to more improvements and growing the menu to include more unique dishes. Regrettably the waiter didn't know the availability of all the menu items and some really delicious looking dishes were said to be not available. The beef sliders were nothing special but the Korean chicken ones were amazing a sweet and spicy combination that keeps your palate happy, I recommend the tortellini as it was really good and the Backyard salad was good as well.

The place is nice During weekdays in the morning it is very quiet and chill Food was good but nothing really special. We had shakshoka, breakfast bowl, and halloumi and scrambled eggs sandwich.

Perfect place for brunch & coffee!

The place is super cozy, comfortable and clean. The food served is freshly prepared and they have variety of options. Tiramisu is the best you’ll try in Khobar. Coffee is another level. Highly recommended!
