It is an international buffet restaurant with live cooking stations that also offer an A La Carte menu. For breakfast, they have salads, fruits, coffee, juices, tea, sausages, bread, cakes, eggs, and many items to eat. The decoration is wonderful. Lotus restaurant is located on the ground floor of Millennium Hotel, on Ibrahim Al Khalil St, Makkah.

Worst hotel avoid. More like 1 star. We booked for 6 people arrived as only 5. However they only put towels for two people. Room service dont come to clean. They don’t provide even water unless you ask and it’s supposed to be 5 star. The staff are so rude and they lie about the distance. It’s more like 3 miles out and shuttles are very unreliable. And Mariam at reception is extremely rude avoid at all cost

Very good hotel. Far away from haram.but they provide bus transportation which is one way good rather than walking a lot. Service seems to be poor, I asked for refill of the essentials for making coffee. So far nothing arrived. Otherwise very neat and tidy

Overall the executive room is nice and spacious. Unfortunately house keeping only came once in 6 nights! I asked them to come on two/three other days but they didn't clean my room nor provide water even though they wrote my roon number to clean. Then when I called no one answered for 20 minutes so i left it. Also the floor tiles in room 1131 are cracked and not glued on properly.

Very disappointing experience! I was here for 2 nights and wanted to leave after the first night. The room had a sanitary pad left inside the cupboard! There were no coffee mugs, no towels, the toilet dustbin was dirty. The room has dust everywhere. We used wet wipes to clean everything. I called the hotel staff from 0430pm to 083pm requesting to fix the TV remote and no one showed up. I requested for coffee mugs, which never came. The breakfast was disappointing. The staff at the breakfast reception was very rude. My husband was unwell and I requested for taking breakfast to the room and he didn't allow and said that I could only take croissants. I'm not sure how this hotel has gotten good reviews with such poor maintenance.

This hotel is exceptional and has all it advertises. Spacious and clean, they have a shuttle bus to and from the Masjid Al Haram every 30 minutes. The hotel has a restaurant, coffee shop and other small shops. The only downside is you may see someone smoking near the hallway which isn't the hotel policy but some visitors still do it.
