I had a fantastic stay at Ascott Rafal Hotel in Riyadh. The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. The hotel's amenities, from the pool to the dining options, were impressive. The great hotel with the best staff Bappi, Rajindra, Owais engineering staff Muhammad Sadaqat. I stayed here for a month and didn’t find any issues at all. The staff is professional and cooperative. I would recommend staying there with a family will be an excellent experience.

Rooms, Food, Overall services were great. Staff was very Friendly. Except 1 thing which annoyed me a lot was that I was charged almost 300SAR for faulty washing machine door lock. I understand machine door got stuck during my stay, But I only used the machine twice on the day before I left the hotel. I am not sure why I had to pay for it when I only used it couple of times, its not like I was given brand new machine on arrival or 3-6 monthly Washing machine maintenance/inspection record saying its in perfectly working order.

One of the best serviced aparthotels I've stayed in. Clean, modern and beautifully furnished. Ladies gym and pool are magnificent with the most amazing views. Staff go the extra mile. Just lovely.

One of the worst experience I am having in this hotel. Once I reached, they gave me a room with non working shower. As they changed the room, I experienced sound coming from top my room. The call center after several calls for 2 days could not know the reason behind the sound, they mentioned that they are doing maintenance, then they mentioned that tenants in the room above are noisy and could not be controlled. Mistakes happen but the main issue is that nobody took action to resolve the issue. Better go for a cheap hotel.
