One of the best serviced aparthotels I've stayed in. Clean, modern and beautifully furnished. Ladies gym and pool are magnificent with the most amazing views. Staff go the extra mile. Just lovely.

One of the worst experience I am having in this hotel. Once I reached, they gave me a room with non working shower. As they changed the room, I experienced sound coming from top my room. The call center after several calls for 2 days could not know the reason behind the sound, they mentioned that they are doing maintenance, then they mentioned that tenants in the room above are noisy and could not be controlled. Mistakes happen but the main issue is that nobody took action to resolve the issue. Better go for a cheap hotel.

I just arrived at this hotel planning to stay for 2 nights and unfortunately, my first impression was marred by finding a cockroach in my room. Despite the overall cleanliness of the hotel, this discovery made me feeling uneasy and uncomfortable. I hope that the hotel takes steps to address this problem in the future so that future guests don't have to encounter the same unpleasant surprise!!

Staying here for few days and last night was first night. Have to say without any doubt, it's one of the nicest hotels I think I've ever stayed in. Fantastic room upgrade, really helpful front desk and they can't do enough for you. Sitting outside and cold mist blows in the outside sit down area, great relief when it's 40° at 8am All staff are very helpful and friendly and like to welcome you to Saudi. Will be sad to leave here but will definitely return once I come back to Riyadh.
