Cwtch is a newly opened fine dining restaurant in Jeddah. The new eatery, pronounced "kutch", is a Welsh term symbolizing a warm embrace or a hug. Cwtch is not just a restaurant but a journey into the bold and authentic flavors of Europe. Their exquisite menu features flavors from all around Europe. Perfect for your next breakfast, lunch or dinner. They have crafted a selection of premium items made with the best ingredients. 

From freshly baked artisan pastries, artisan breads and exquisite pâtisseries to snackables, sandwiches and coffee beverages - enjoy the full array of flavors in their restaurant. They also have a variety of desserts and drinks which are served by waiters with special displays like smoked box etc. The restaurant has beautiful & classy purple interiors with dim yellow lights to make it a cozy place for business or friendly meetups. The service is very bad and unprofessional. I came to change my bag. It took me more than 10 minutes to talk to her. What's wrong? Why is the delay? They don't answer me. Not even a word of sorry for the delay. I stand in front of them as if they were idols.

When you want to employ women make sure they want to work not just stay on phone!! Yesterday Thursday 15 June at around 7 pm I entered to coach 5 minutes and im waving for help and there was no costumers at that time!! See cameras! The ladies were talking with each other and ignoring me!! Then i asked is there another color of a bag? No one answered me After a while a lady came when her friend told her go to the customer (me) she came and said NO in a rude way i told her but i saw another color in another branch , she answered in an unpolite and sarcastic way : did u see it here? I was shocked.. i told her what do u mean by here? And ahe was staring like go out , i told her u mean this branch or in saudi? She said in saudi no other color. I said thank you and she didnt reply!! When we went out she rolled her eyes!! My friend caught her and everytome we pass she’s on the phone.. shes the tallest i guess and local lady.. make sure who do you employ in such a high brand shop!!! Etiquette is a must!! And being nice is a must or shall i teach you?

I have been waiting for 40 Min and still it's not open!! They should never mention that they are working from 9 pm to 3 am if they are closed. This is ridiculous and irresponsible!! Dont waste your time here ever!
