The collection has improved. I mean, Coach has returned to the quality and distinction it had more than 15 years ago or more, but in poor packaging and poor marketing. The employees are good but not professional at all. I bought a bag and the employee wrapped it for me in paper. I asked her if she didn’t have a cloth bag to put it in before the box. She said this is from the outside. She said, “And the one from abroad does not have any fabric. How did she have it before it was not in the sale? It was from the new collection, and every set and bag has its own packaging. I mean, I pay two thousand and two hundred and it does not have a box and a cloth bag?? The girl did not know how to answer me, and when I asked her, she would bring the cloth packaging bag. Surely the brands provide them.” She said Sorry, this is the policy of the store, what is the policy, or just talk and talk to distract themselves from the answer... In general, Coach management must be keen on the quality of service as well as the quality of the product, because they complement each other.

I know I will be addicted to this place .. so beautiful vibes so beautiful 😍 The staff one of amazing people, the food is one of a kind deserves more than 5 stars ⭐️ The atmosphere at the shisha lounge is amazing too and the shisha is one of the few best .. I am really happy we have a restaurant like this one in Jeddah finally one with a feeling like I travel somewhere beautiful and came back 🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

My family and I went here for brunch, and it was beautiful; the atmosphere was amazing. All the staff were really friendly. Being from the UK, a full English breakfast was my first choice. I was not disappointed; the food was delicious. The kids who are picky eaters, they enjoyed their brunch. The only thing that let down the experience was the presence of flies in the restaurant. For such high-class place and delicious food, it was a little off-putting swatting flies. I don't want my kids and me swatting flies while trying to eat.
