The service was fantastic, whether the room or meeting room accommodations. Everyone is Service oriented. Being from the USA, I had forgotten about the different power connections and the staff went out of their way to accommodate. So great to be accommodating and working in the same venue. The view and location are superb. Special thanks to Rawan and Noaf ...so pleasant and professional. Looking forward to an opportunity to return. Also, a great shout out to the restaurant and conference room team. Also, special.mention to Ibrahim for his hot beverage service in the lobby!

A lovely hotel that's conveniently close to City walk and Cornish. I'm quite happy with the area and the hotel itself. It's cozy and inviting. the staff also went above expectations in their hospitality by priloviding our international crew with an amazing experience. A special thanks to the management and the reception team for their exceptional service. Definitely if I come back to Jeddah, I would love stay there.

The room was spacious, comfortable , super clean But I didn’t like the attitude of the reception ladies ( they look not interested, during the check-in one of them was busy on the phone - clearly a personal call), in addition I called the dine-in service several times without an answer We were five , one of us has been charged twice for her stay While checking out my other friend has been told she didn’t pay for a meal, the receptionist showed her a receipt with a signature that isn’t hers! And she was sure she paid for it and has the bank withdrawal message lastly when we asked for only a 30 minutes delay in checkout they didn’t agree ! Then when we checked out the reception lady smiled (for the first time) asking for a good review and providing us with their names !

One of the best hotels I have stayed in Jeddah. The location of the hotel is perfect, it’s by the sea and most of places are15 minutes or less in a car drive. The staff was very helpful, kind and professional. Especially Ohood who has a very welcoming personality and attitude.

The hotel is situated in a lovely locality that's conveniently close to Cornish. I'm quite fond of the area and the hotel itself. It's not just cozy and inviting, but the staff also went above and beyond by accommodating our delayed flight with an extra hour's stay. A special thanks to Rawan and the reception team for their exceptional service. Also they have a rental car shop. Definitely if I come back to Jeddah, I would love stay there.
