This hotel is having a good ambiance.. but the location is not near to the beach maybe due to closed road… by the way im enjoying my breakfast here, which is mr arif is very helpful to served me. Tq all

One of the best hotels i have ever seen, starting from the reception, Mohammad provide us with the best service, and there was also Ohood she also was amazing. Also the restaurant, the food was delicious and there is a variety, and there Arif he was really kind and supportive. The room and bathroom was really really clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is amazing, near for everything, if you try to search for any location from the hotel you will find it far like 15-30 min max. And there is a Red Sea Mall is like 5 min far. The room service is really super fast By the way. And the place is amazing for anyone looking for relaxation, cause its really quiet. I really loved this place and I will come again. BIG THANK FOR YOU ALL.

The staff are really friendly and cheerful ? The hotel has the best service and the restaurant is awesome ? Thank you to the lounge staff Aqeb, Arif, the beautiful lady in Hejab Aisa, the lovely Egyptian cook Saeed who made me best shakshoka and pancake ? the reception staff and room service ???

I have been coming to Jeddah for three years and I have been staying at this hotel every time. It’s a home away from home. Everyone are super friendly. They’re very helpful and they are fantastic representation of hospitality, empathy, and friendliness. The chicken and the checkout process is amazing. And it’s a fantastic location with the fantastic team. And I need to give a shout out to Rawan and Aziz my new wonderful Hijazi friends for the checkout process.

Excellent hotel, rooms are clean and spacious with attention to detail. Staff are very friendly greeting us with Arabian coffee. We stayed one night before our flight to the UK and we had a restful sleep in a peaceful environment. I specify Talal and Nouf at reception who were very friendly and upgraded the booking with no hassle and as our flight was a few hours after checkout they offered us access to business lounge which was a lovely gesture. Will certainly come to this hotel again on any future visits to Jeddah. Dr. H. Ammar
