Description

Azure is a unique modern dining experience, deep-rooted in the traditional southern Spanish flavors. It is located inside the Hyatt Regency Olaya Riyadh Hotel. A beautiful and elegant food destination with different lounge seating that is great for business or casual dining.

You can enjoy the nice view of the city while eating your dinner. Azure’s menu offers a wide variety of authentic Spanish dishes such as the famous Seafood Paella, Spanish omelet, calamari, beef stew, and many more. We visited Azure Spanish Restaurant in November 2022, while traveling for some work meetings. The restaurant is in the 1st floor of the Hyatt Regency Olaya building. We ordered some octopus tapa, and then a paella. Very good product quality and quantity. Regarding the service, people is simply amazing, helpful and very fun! Definitely you should visit if you are near the area…

I finally get to try out the Brunch Buffet - Fiesta Andalucia of Azure Spanish Restaurant. It did not disappoint. The Spanish cuisine prepared by the Madrileño Chef, Ramon Cantos and his team delivered a taste of Andalucia. The Paella, the Sangria, the Ceviche and all the other foods and flavors will keep you asking for more. The brunch is perfect if spent with family and friends. Thanks to our hosts Caroline, Ana and Nisrine who attended me and the other guests very well. You should come and visit Azure soon. They also have a Tapas Night which will surely tickle your fancy and pique your gustatory tastes.

Took the wife for our anniversary dinner and we were both very impressed. The service was great, the waiters were very helpful and helped with good recommendations. The ambiance was very nice and romantic. The food was amazing and every dish, including the welcome appetizers tasted really good. Would love to visit again.

Got a surprise for my birthday from Hubby, Azure I must say is one of the best restaurant in Riyadh and without doubt best Spanish restaurant in all town.. Had a wonderful experience in Azure restaurant, I must say management trained the staff well.. Taste is so amazing every dish is quite unique and delicious, but again the best part is the team and staff. Hats off!
