Atrium cafe is a lovely cafe located inside Jabal Omar Marriott Hotel. It has a beautiful interior and is a nice place for coffee and relaxation. They have hot and cold drinks. The cafe serves hot chocolate, Arabic coffee, iced lattes, mochas, and more. For dessert, they have cheesecakes, chocolate cakes, Oreo cakes, and many more desserts to eat. In addition, they have lasagna, burgers, pasta, and much more. The seating area is nice and comfy, and the place is neat and tidy with a quiet and Cosy atmosphere. Booked the presidential suite, could have been better, carpet is pretty much gone and needs changing, room was big and some extra amenities included. Restaurant was below average in comparison to the other hotels. Only downside is the incline walk back to the hotel

Good hotel, we stayed 5 nights to extend our pilgrimage period. It is not in first cycle of Haram since we need to get free shuttled bus, or walk around 7 minutes to Haram. Room and room view quite good, but need to be improved on service since they didn’t deliver when we need cutlary and also breakfast menu not so complete.

Everything is great about this hotel. Great ambiance, excellent hospitality, spacious rooms, daily room servicing, baggage handling. Only place I feel is the location is best near new haram which as of now it’s far to reach Kaaba. In shaa Allah, have heard that it will gradually become main gate to Kaaba in future

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel during Hajj 2022, the room was clean with all necessary amenities provided, very close proximity to haram. The whole crew was very friendly. Breakfast was a real treat with lots of options and I never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for the shuttle service. That's my place for stay on my future visits, In Sha Allah

Lovely hotel. Can be a bit of a walk to Al haram, usually on the way back when you’re feet may already be hurting. Shuttle service isn’t the best; whilst running very regularly, it doesn’t avoid the narrow pathway on the busy hill walkway. Most staff are very lovely and polite. We thought it may be a difficult stay after a mishap at check in which resulted in over a 12 hour wait for a room to free up. Once this was rectified it however, it was a lovely stay. The buffet food wasn’t the best but was good enough.
