It's a decent hotel. Best part is the shuttle bus service which drops us five minutes away from Haram. Restaurant and other stores on the way .Beds were comfortable. Towels were not washed well. Our Washroom was very bad. Smelly and leaking.I had to spread towels all over the floor. S Shah Canada

Worst hotel I have ever been through!! Zero Hygiene, zero customer service, really it was awful experience!! The photos on booking are different from the room we booked, toilet is not working well and there is very bad smell, no one fixed this after we complained!! And as you see after room cleaning this is what we slept on!!!!

The cleanness of the rooms was bad, the bed sheets were no clean, once we arrived I had to call room service to change all bed sheet as they had stains.. even blood stains at the covers. The breakfast was below average, way much worst than a 5 star hotel... the food tasted really bad.. the first day the eggs were over cooked, tomatoes had rotten taste, and the cucumbers were definitely rotten, and the fool was dry.. as if the food was old and rotten. The third day the fried eggs has weird taste as well. In the rooms there was no ironing machine, we had to call them to clean the rooms, there was no typical hygienic kits.. like tooth brush or tooth paste. The phone was not working. The fridge was not freezing, we had a medication that needed to be cold all the time, we couldn't keep it in the room and we had to use the restaurant kitchen. With much frustration from the family, I don't think this place is really 5 stars and it should be demoted to 3 stars perhaps

I had booked this hotel, through their website and also given my credit card info, one week prior my arrival for five days stay 7 Oct 2022 to 13 Oct and I had called them specifically and told them that I'll be checking in on 5am on Oct 8 as my flight will land on Jeddah airport at 1:50am on the same date. I had requested them to either charge my card or make sure that my booking isn't cancelled due to late arrival. They promised me that my rooms will be ready for me Now today on the day when I arrived they tell me that my booking is cancelled I'm stuck with my family with all the hotels totally booked. So I believe this is peak of mismanagement and unprofessionalism. These guys have no idea how much I'm suffering because of them.

Positive-* Frequent shuttle services to and from Haram *Taxis knows this hotel location *Parking *Receptionists speaks English and allow us to checkin and checkout at any time Negative-**Although Google map location is 3kms, it's not walkable and taxi will charge 30riyal because most of the ways are blocked *Its not 5*service or hotel environment-No dental kit,too small rooms,rust and broken toilet handshower,bowel etc,no hair dryer.Its an average 2*Hotel. U won't find parking during weekends or holidays inside the hotel *Other than a small supermarket and Shawarma sho there's no other restaurants nearby or even in walkable distance
