Room is suitable for comfortable stay but it small, the staff are very respectful and helpful. The hotel has all services: market, gift store, barber shop, cafeteria & cloth store. Also, two buses are available 24 Hours from hotel to haram. Good value comparison with others.

Always a pleasure staying at Makarem Um al Qura Hotel. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet has a good varieties of dishes. A great value for your money. Suggestion I would like to make is to try to get rid of bad odor which comes from some washrooms like for Room 806.

Nice place and wonderful staff. Mr. Sidheeq was full of warmth, he went out of the way to make us feel at ease, may Allah bless him. Reception staffs were all exceptional hosts and made our stay a memorable one. Alhamdulillah.

Neat and clean hotel with a reasonable price. They have their own bus service to and from haram. Taxi takes 10-15 riyals. Hotel is not far but you cannot walk to haram

The room is small for 4 person but the service and equipment is very well. The reception is so good and all the time work. The smell of hotel and atmosphere is fresh. Thank from amjad for helping me and good service.
