i stayed at this hotel for 6 days and i just checked out, it is rated 5 stars but i would hardly give it 3. it lacks cleanliness in all the worst ways. our bathroom had mold all over the roof and a tile of the roof was falling over. there was a constant bad smell in the bathroom that made me sick all the time. food is decent but absolutely NOT 5 stars, and the beds were comfortable i guess. and they also only come to u if u beg them to come clean ur room, not to mention the dirty towels and dirty sheets.

Let me explain what is good: 1)Shuttle service to Haram. Many hotels does the same 2)Hotel is very neat, 10min drive to Haram or 30min walk what is to be improved: 3)Room is spacious enough for family 1)Milk not given T-tray items, even upon request. need to understand culture of many countries, not every one drinks T without milk. 2)Room service is happening upon request, not by routine. Despite keeping Room service card, room not cleaned. 3)Breakfast predominantly aimed to Middle East, so other folks to understand that you will enjoy Bread with Butter or jam

The cleanness of the rooms was bad, the bed sheets were no clean, once we arrived I had to call room service to change all bed sheet as they had stains.. even blood stains at the covers. The breakfast was below average, way much worst than a 5 star hotel... the food tasted really bad.. the first day the eggs were over cooked, tomatoes had rotten taste, and the cucumbers were definitely rotten, and the fool was dry.. as if the food was old and rotten. The third day the fried eggs has weird taste as well. In the rooms there was no ironing machine, we had to call them to clean the rooms, there was no typical hygienic kits.. like tooth brush or tooth paste. The phone was not working. The fridge was not freezing, we had a medication that needed to be cold all the time, we couldn't keep it in the room and we had to use the restaurant kitchen. With much frustration from the family, I don't think this place is really 5 stars and it should be demoted to 3 stars perhaps

Positive-* Frequent shuttle services to and from Haram *Taxis knows this hotel location *Parking *Receptionists speaks English and allow us to checkin and checkout at any time Negative-**Although Google map location is 3kms, it's not walkable and taxi will charge 30riyal because most of the ways are blocked *Its not 5*service or hotel environment-No dental kit,too small rooms,rust and broken toilet handshower,bowel etc,no hair dryer.Its an average 2*Hotel. U won't find parking during weekends or holidays inside the hotel *Other than a small supermarket and Shawarma sho there's no other restaurants nearby or even in walkable distance
