I’m very disappointed! I booked a non-smoking room but was assigned a smoking room. - the entire room reeks of sewage. - the toilet seat had pee stains on it. - placed the clean my room and clicked the button but house keeping didn’t come and clean the room. - the receptionist lady was informed and was extremely rude and offensive.

The stay was beautiful the hygiene is very good and staff are very respectful and welcoming. Especially the receptionist Nouf Alotaibi and the hotel manager Abdulrahman Shaheen. The complimentary Arabic coffee is well appreciated.

We had a free room upgrade to Junior Suite! The staff were so accommodating and helpful. It was a good way to disconnect from the busy Riyadh. The rooms were ultimately clean and spacious.
