We were really pleased with our stay as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated for visiting the many activities of AlKhobar. The staff are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful. I was greeted by the General Manager who was very pleasant and welcoming. Definitely will return and will recommend this establishment.

Stayed here for a couple of nights in the 2BR apartment. Service is great and very attentive and welcoming staff any time of the day. Location is great. Rooms are clean. Breakfast has good variety. The apartment had a fully functional kitchen and a spacious hall but somewhat small rooms. Only negative is the weak water pressure in the shower (it was also difficult to control as it kept changing from hot to cold and cold to hot which was very frustrating).

I stayed here for a week on my business trip. Loved every little detail. Came back and stayed here again for another week. I didn't know it could get any better. And now I'm a resident here for a few more months. The breakfast has a good spread, and the staff is exceptionally well behaved and polite. My stay here was facilitated by M Zaid. The front desk staff is excellent, they've been cooperative all along with all my requests, Mr Chiung, the helper is a gem. I'm looking forward to a longer stay here maybe for a year and will recommend my extended team members across the continent to stay here.

This is a new hotel apartment. We will stay here for more than two months after investigation. We decided to live here because the service, environment and also the modern style accommodation is supreme than the others. The traditional foreign music is also attractive. Everyone has smile over the face. That’s so great!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Somerset, which was made extra special by the attentiveness and care shown by the staff. Special mentions to Nawarah who made every effort to ensure we were comfortable. Overall we had an amazing stay at the Somerset and look forward to coming back!
