This hotel is located right in the middle of a popular area. Staff here are courteous and helpful. They have a indoor pool as well and a big cardio area. But the biggest USP is find is the gym. Gym here is quite big, with adequate equipments for a bodybuilder aswell. They also have a 40Kg dumbbells which I have rarely seen in hotels.

This is a 5 star hotel. The rating is for the restaurant. The lobby was massive, clean and welcoming. Seats dotted around here and there; nice cosy feeling. There is a small prayer area. The 5 star didn't over spill to the restaurant, it seems they ran out of money and didn't bother doing up the restaurant; it definitely isn't 5 star, maybe one or two stars maximum. The restaurant offers a buffet. There is a small selection of foods, ranging from soups, meats, sweets and salad. Approximately 10 to 15 main meal; quite a small offering. My 3 complaints were; 1. that all the dishes that were meant to be hot, were lukewarm or cold. 2. The meat had some serious fat attached to it, so much so that it was nauseating. 3. The grilled meats were prepared in advance, so they were hard , dry and chewy. All the food was bland. The decor inside the restaurant was definitely in need of an upgrade; cheap looking wooden table and chairs, almost grotty looking. The waiters were very friendly and helpful. Recommended? No. There are better buffets out there; this is the second worst buffet I've been to in Riyadh. Not worth the money. Its a gimmick, that since its part of a 5 star hotel, that you will receive the same in the hotel.

Great and very clean hotel with all the amenities you need. All the staff members were amazing and very friendly. Especially the traditional Arabic coffee with dates in the lobby was a big plus. I will be back in 2 weeks time!

Not impressed. Try to get something printed quickly, such as a Covid Test Result. Printer not working. Nobody interested in solving the issue. Person at the reception says he cant help. AC not cooling the room. Temperature stays on 24C no matter what you set on the thermostat. Access cards stop working - staff does not even apologies. Nobody cares. Sheraton also belongs to Marriott chain but the staff there is a lot more attentive and helpful.

Good for a short stay, but small rooms with even smaller windows and literally no daylight doesn’t make the hotel the first join for longer stays. On the positive side is the access to full dinner buffet if you have lounge access…

They have 2 swimming pools one in the hotel building which is for men only and the other in the apartments building which is shared and women have special times they can use it. However, when we were in the pool during women-only time, two men came in, saw us and went to the gym that overlooks the pool. We were so shocked as they were not supposed to be there. We couldn’t move or do anything because they would see us. Luckily, I had my phone with me so I called the hotel and asked them to bring someone to get them out. The funny thing is that they sent a lady and another man! He went to the gym and got those men out.
