The food is excellent, Jojo in the restaurant looks after us incredibly well. The food is very good. Rooms are really a good size & the beds very comfortable. Also superb pillows & linen. mijan looked after my room he is a star. Thank you to the brilliant staff. My one criticism of this hotel is the gym equipment - a lot of it is broken & needs maintaining. So please for the next visit get that sorted, if the gym equipment was good I would definitely give it 5 ⭐️ thanks

Very old hotel and old fashioned. The room is very small and no enough natural light at all! I requested to change it but they said the regular excuse that hotel is full!! Never again in this hotel. Room cleaning service is very good and staff are very friendly though to be fair.

Pretty sure I’m staying in a different hotel to most of the other reviewers. I’m sure back in the 80s this was a top of the pile. Nothing has been done since it’s opening by the looks of things however. It’s not just dated. It’s prehistoric. The rooms are just horrible dark shells. The windows might as well not exits. The gym is bizarre. It’s part of an external health club but in dire need of renovation with odd dates equipment. All the staff are super nice and helpful but everything else is just horrible. Perhaps a 3* hotel but with 5* prices.

Amazed me for a Hotel over 4 decades old how well they have maintained it. Outstanding services and meals. Rooms and bathrooms are pretty clean. Due for renovation though. Either way, enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is good. Furniture is old but super comfy. Receptionist are very nice The worst person in the hotel is the restaurant supervisor. I believe that he is from India. Rude and impolite.

They have 2 swimming pools one in the hotel building which is for men only and the other in the apartments building which is shared and women have special times they can use it. However, when we were in the pool during women-only time, two men came in, saw us and went to the gym that overlooks the pool. We were so shocked as they were not supposed to be there. We couldn’t move or do anything because they would see us. Luckily, I had my phone with me so I called the hotel and asked them to bring someone to get them out. The funny thing is that they sent a lady and another man! He went to the gym and got those men out.
