Park Inn by Radisson Al Khobar

The Rooms are fine, but there is no 3 PLUG IN for charging mobile or laptop. We must bring ourself as they don't provide anything. Even iron box we should bring with us.. Really bad.. i

First of all when we arrived at around 6pm, our room wasn't ready at all, the receptionist told us that the hotel was overbooked during eid and rooms which were not vacant were also put up for booking, people were arriving but no rooms were available... We booked a king bed room and had to settle for twin bed because no other room was available, then they did not even offer us some compensation for this inconvenience, they gave us twin bed room for the same price we paid for king bed Then, Muslim shower was leaking in the bathroom, the bathroom/room slippers were so bad quality, didn't even fit on feet, TV didn't have any channel available for kids, only one laundry bag was in cupboard and that too was torn, and so on Suffice to say, very very very bad experience, at least try to live up to the name!

I recently stayed at Park Inn and overall, my experience was a mix of positives and negatives.The location of the hotel is perfect. However, one notable downside was the unreliable WiFi in our room. Despite bringing this issue to the attention of the staff four times during our stay, unfortunately, there was no response or resolution. This was quite disappointing as a reliable internet connection is essential for many travelers, especially for work or keeping in touch with family. In terms of other aspects, the hotel itself was good. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff at the front desk were friendly during check-in and check-out. Overall, while the location and general quality of the hotel were positive aspects of my stay, the unresolved WiFi issue did detract from the experience. I hope the hotel management can address this issue to ensure a more pleasant stay for future guests.

It would’ve been a pleasant stay for us but unfortunately, there was a major restoration work in the building so we had to endure loud drilling noises that really bothered our baby from as early as 10am until late evening. Even though the staff was nice enough to transfer us to another room, we still couldn’t get away from the noise. It was just wrong timing on our part. In terms of our room, it was nice, albeit the old plugs. The location is quite convenient, nearby some malls and just a few mins drive to the Corniche.

During my work trip, I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and the experience was commendable. The hotel's commitment to hygiene and cleanliness was evident throughout my stay, providing a reassuring environment. The culinary offerings surpassed expectations, delivering delicious and satisfying meals. The staff went above and beyond, showcasing friendliness and cooperation in every interaction. Noteworthy was their attention to detail, from ensuring the qibla direction for prayer to placing a comprehensive list of TV channels right in front of the television – a small touch that reflects a thoughtful approach to guest comfort.
