One of the worst customer experience, if you can't speak Arabic then God help you, you will really struggle to get small things done like need iron for clothes, need a plate to eat food etc, requested for room cleaning three times, but still waiting in reception area as my request seems to fall on deaf ears, asked to speak with manager but he seems to be busy in meetings, clear case of discrimination as well. Very sad to see on one hand lot of economic developments happening and on other hand their is still mind set of people who respect you based on what skin color you have.
