This hotel doesn’t accommodate guests as this is a quarantine only hotel. The management should have informed earlier or better not accept reservations if this is the case. The pakistani front desk receptionist is also not approachable. He couldn’t even help me contact their main hotel. What a waste of time and money. I don’t recommend booking in this hotel.

Poor service... The smell of the cigarette is everywhere. The front desk staff are not accomodating. I book and paid online for 2 days stay but when i arrived they said they are not accepting any customer due to hotel was used as quarantine facility. They should have informed ahead of time and not the day the person arrived. I asked for refund but they said they are not giving any refund, its not the customers fault and they are not willing to help for the problem to be solved. Then i asked for customer service number, they give number which is not ringing. I hope management can fix this problem.

The first room that was assigned to me was very small and smells like a comfort room. I asked the Egyptian front desk to change my room, which he kindly did. I liked how he manages the front desk, he was helpful, considerate and professional. The night shift front desk officer was unwelcoming; I think he needs to train more on how to deal with costumers in a more professional manner. Overall, the location of the hotel was great with a restaurant beside it with delicious food and nearby coffee shops.
