The first room that was assigned to me was very small and smells like a comfort room. I asked the Egyptian front desk to change my room, which he kindly did. I liked how he manages the front desk, he was helpful, considerate and professional. The night shift front desk officer was unwelcoming; I think he needs to train more on how to deal with costumers in a more professional manner. Overall, the location of the hotel was great with a restaurant beside it with delicious food and nearby coffee shops.
